• We feel that a virtual mall will help Mandyam folks to buy and sell many items that are specific to Mandyam community, may it be Mandyam-wear like “Melkote Panche” or special food items, ready mix items and many more.
• There are many daily use items and also items that are required for religious occasions. It is best provided by specialists within the Mandyam community. The virtual mall concept will facilitate such internal transactions.
• A number of services could be offered by Mandayam folks that could be consumed by Mandayam folks again. For example conducting religious, marriage functions, teaching dance & music, academic coaching etc.
• Information regarding Mandayam folks offering house on rent/lease/sale could be uploaded on the Mall for other Mandayam folks to take advantage.
• And many more ……

It goes without saying that each of the Mandayam family spends certain amount of money on monthly basis to procure daily needs as well other household necessity and leisure spend needs. Typically these spends (money) goes out to the vendors, and in all probability, someone outside Mandayam community. We thought; why not moot the concept of diverting certain percentage of this purchase amount to within the Mandyam community? This may give additional business to Mandayam community entrepreneurs as well as help some of the economically backward Mandayam families too. Why, new Mandayam entrepreneurs may emerge!
